SCENTS

Ancient Rome: Pontifical incense consists of three types of gum granules: Olibanum, Myrrh and Gum Benjoin. These granules are obtained from different gum trees, in particular the African Boswellia Papyrifera and Commiphora Myrra and the Asian Styrax Benzoin. An Orthodox-style Church resin, it uses an ancient traditional blend of aromatic resins Frankincense, Myrrh, Benzoin and Styrax.

Benzoin of Sumatra: Vanilla undertones combined with balsam spicy earthy scent when burned. It is used in a variety of countries, burned in resin form, but also as a component of Papier d'Arménie and incense sticks. Uplifting, soothing & warming.

Palo Santo: Palo Santo is a sacred fragrance tree in South America that mean "Holy Wood". Palo Santo Resin is valued for its spiritual benefits as well as for its sweet, even, woodsy scent. Palo Santo has been used for thousands of years in Peru and Ecuador by shamans and healers. It is said to bring luck and ward off negativity, and is said to give you a more profound connection to your being.

Peruvian Myrrh: Warm and earthy, this woody balsamic resin comes from Peru. Often blended with Frankincense or Copal, it's said to help one achieve spiritual clarity, purify, balance and bless your home and give it a sacred touch of the divine feminine energy.

Sacred Frankincense: Also known as Boswellia Sacra, this resin is made from the sap of the Boswellia tree which grows in dry mountainous regions of India, Africa and the Middle East. Sweet yet woodsy, it has ancient associations with protection, purification, spirituality and communication.

Sun and Moon: Also known as Pagan Magic incense, this silver and gold resin is a small grain frankincense blend. The scent is very light compared to many other resins. Silver is associated with the Moon (wisdom, dreams, rest and healing) Gold is associated with the Sun (power, confidence, generosity and optimism)

Three Kings: An ancient blend of Frankincense, Myrrh and Sandalwood. At one time both Frankincense and Myrrh were considered to be more valuable than gold; this ancient blend reflects that history. Often used to create an atmosphere for deep meditation, prayer and tranquility.

White Copal: White copal has a light, sweet and warm scent. The word Copal is from the Aztec word “copalli” and was considered the sacred blood of the trees. In line with most other incenses, Copal has a long history of traditional use as a space clearer, eradicating negative energy from places and objects. It’s clean, light and woody scent is said to bring a positive and loving energy.
